PLAY is a wide open book! In a child's world playtime = movement...lots of it. Kids Play and wide open movement is not working out or things with many rules like club sports. Kids Play, where they run, make (safe) rules, climb, sit, swing, jump and don't need a coach or parent's involvement is one of the healthiest things you can make sure is a large part of your child's life!
